For Mortgage Advice we can be paid by commission from the lender, and may charge an additional fee dependent on the complexities involved, up to £650. We also offer a fee only option should this be appropriate, this will be usually 0.5% of the loan value with a maximum fee of 1% of the loan amount. We can offer you a unbiased view of your finances.
