As Independent Advisers and Mortgage Brokers we offer the following options
For Mortgage Advice
To cover our costs in addition to any fee we receive from the lender we charge fees for Purchases & Remortgages in line with the following bands
Up to £50,000 £750
£50,000 to £100,000 £575
£100,000 to £150,000 £400
£150,000 to £200,000 £225
Loans above £200,000 £0
This fee becomes payable on receipt of an offer from the lender.
For existing clients we will not charge any Advisor fees for remortgages & rate switches where we arranged the
original mortgage.
We also offer a fee only option should this be appropriate, this will be 1% of the loan amount. Subject to a minimum fee of £750. (Any fee received from the lender will be refunded to you)
For Investment, Pension, General and Ongoing Advice on Financial Planning
We work on a fee only basis though we offer options on how you pay for this, please ask for full details
For Insurance Advice
We can work on either a fee or commission basis, we can discuss with you the best option for you. Full details on request.
Where you have a complaint or dispute with us and we are unable to resolve this to your satisfaction then we are
obliged to offer you the Financial Ombudsman Service to help resolve this. Please see the following link for
